The free SF story site 365 tomorrows recently published a new piece of flash fiction titled “Acceptable Losses” by guest writer Ian Rennie. It’s about the return of the first manned mission to Mars and it reminds me of the 1978 film Capricorn One. Here’s the first line: “Dear Tony, Amanda, Vladimir, and Manami.”
