Here’s the first of a seven-part video recording of “Mars in Science Fiction," an authors panel at the recent 13th Annual International Mars Society Conference, held in early August 2010 in Dayton, Ohio. The panel includes David D. Levine, Geoffrey A. Landis, Robert Zubrin and Mary A. Turzillo.
The opening has about an eight-minute slide show of various film photos and book covers, set to the instrumental “The Eve of the War” from Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of the Worlds. Unfortunately, the slide show is cropped, but still, pretty neat stuff.
