A company called The Work Room Productions recently announced that Pauley Perrette, the sexy forensic scientist in the top-rated CBS television series NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service, will star in the romantic science fiction film The Girl from Mars. Written and directed by DIY auteur James Felix McKenney, The Girl from Mars tells the story of a lonely geek whose life is transformed when he meets the girl of his dreams (Pauley Perrette), who claims to be a visitor from another planet.Production is scheduled to begin in Los Angeles in May 2011.
